1. General Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: All products must be in their original, unused condition, with packaging intact and unopened.
  • Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
  • Excluded Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for the safety of all customers, especially supplements and vitamins that may be affected by opening the packaging.

2. Conditions for Returning Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, it can be returned or exchanged. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos showing the defect or damage.
  • The store will cover shipping costs if the product is damaged or incorrect.

3. Order Cancellations and Refunds

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before shipment with a full refund, including delivery fees.
  • After Shipping: If an order is canceled after shipping, the customer can receive a refund for the product amount, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 20 business days.

4. Returns Due to Allergies or Incompatibility

  • Since dietary supplements may cause different reactions, it is recommended to consult a doctor before purchase. Products cannot be returned for incompatibility or allergies once opened.

5. Discounted Products and Offers

  • For returning promotional items such as "Buy 1, Get 1" or "Buy 2, Get 1," the entire set must be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund values for discounted items are based on the purchase price at the time of sale, not the original price.

6. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products requiring special storage conditions, such as specific temperatures (refrigerated medications) or certain environmental requirements, are non-returnable.
  • Items purchased through health insurance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Supplements that have expired or were affected due to improper storage after receipt cannot be returned.

7. International Shipping and Returns

  • Internationally imported products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the order or the product is damaged.
  • Return shipping costs for international products may be borne by the customer depending on the case.
